All of the staff at Little Way are extremely professional and courteous. Time is set aside to explain the purpose and nature of every treatment and it is always executed with care and attention. Periodontics delivered by experts in a friendly and reassuring environment.

I paid £270 for a consultation that involved a hygienist who aggressively probed me with no anesthetic, causing excruciating pain and bleeding to exaggerate the pocket depths, a clear scare tactic to inflate measurements and justify max extractions. Despite giving them plenty of information via email and phone calls about my situation and pain, as well as time to accommodate me, they treated me like I just walked off the street. Even though I was referred here, they did not bother corresponding with the dentist who sent me here, as well as examining the x-rays that were sent to them. It speaks to the incompetence and profit seeking motivations of this tiny practice. Next, I see the main periodontist who arrives 20 minutes late. He asks for a quick rundown then proceeds to make condescending remarks about the way I speak. He takes 3d scans and then tells me he'll email me a plan. The plan ended up being worth £40,000 with several extractions/implants and a diagnosis of stage 4 periodontal disease. Of course, I already knew this hence the referral by my dentist to this place. I wanted solutions, they wanted an exorbitant amount of money for a procedure that is a fraction of the cost overseas. The periodontal "specialists" couldn't fathom the idea of offering any other alternative they have listed on their website such as LANAP/Waterlase, regenerative surgery, bone grafting around existing teeth, infection control therapy, or a phased treatment (try to save some, extract worst). Instead all I got was an email for £40,000 that was then amended to a "conservative" £28,000. The scare tactic approach made it seem like those options listed are too far gone for me. I would avoid this place as they use predatory tactics and are profit motivated to make sure their practice stays open. From my experience, they've failed to do their jobs.

I have been a patient here for a number of years and had specialist periodontal dentistry elsewhere prior to this, Little Way FAR exceeds all dentist practices I've ever been too can not recommend the practice, Radko, Claire and the whole team (Ola I'm looking at you for your kind reminders) highly enough. It can be a little stressful having specialist treatment, but not here, Radko is one of the calmest people I've ever met (calming classical vibes in his room put you at ease too), Claire too, you will leave feeling very chilled. They have been very accommodating, flexible, always find a solution that suits you. They genuinely care. I now choose to have all dentist work here from the specialist to the routine. Wished I'd have found them first is all I can say, and if you're contemplating being a patient you will not regret it.

I was referred to Littleway by my dentist and was very worried about the condition of my gums. Radko was thorough and talked me gently through all of my options. I am pleased to say that since I have received the expert treatment from him and his wonderful team they have eradicated the issue and I have healthy gums (possibly for the first time in many years). I have now begun work to enhance my smile with Radko. Something I thought wouldn’t be possible due to the health of my gums previously.
