Been with the practise for years. This is a dentist who knows your name when you go, other dentists just see you as a customer. My dentist always uses my name, knows my job and holidays, better memory than me, lol. that is a personal response. Always very professional with a personal touch

I had been needle phobic for around 40+ years following an experience as a child at another dentists. This also gave me a fear of dentists. I heard how good Cheslyn Hay dental practice was, from a friend who had similar anxiety, but now feels confident to go to this dentists. Kal and the team make you feel completely at ease, take things at your pace and have a number of support measures in place for nervous patients. This practice is top-notch. Today I had a filling and deep gum clean to address a result of years of not being able to go to a dentists. Kal had to inject my gums for this, but I can honestly say that this was a completely different experience than anywhere else, and I felt at ease and not any pain, thanks to this amazing team. Highly recommend
