Been using this clinic for many years and have always been very happy with the personal service and the professional treatment. All members of the team are friendly and effective. A better bike rack is my only suggestion!

My wife and I have used this surgery for a number of years. Everyone is very friendly and caring. The dental and hygiene treatment has always been very good. Five stars!

Cambridge dental group provides a very professional, skilled, effective, and caring service. Having believed I had inherited lousy teeth and gums, I have reached well into my sixth decade with virtually a full set of my own-grown, good-looking teeth and gums, for which I give great thanks! Great care and attention is focused on promoting dental and gum health and preventing problems arising. As a result of following the wise guidance given, I have had to have minimal interventions over the past decades of care at this practice. The staff are very professional, yet extremely caring, and strive to provide very personal care. You feel like you really matter, as a patient here.

I have been coming to Cambridge Dental Group for over 10 years. After recently returning to the UK, I called to book a dental cleaning. The receptionist was kind and scheduled me for a 10:30 AM appointment. I arrived on time. While the receptionist was on the phone, I sat down to wait. A dental hygienist named Julia Tillott approached and asked my name. After I introduced myself, she questioned whether I was sure I had the right clinic. I told her I’d been a patient here for many years and even showed her my appointment reminder. Her tone and approach were dismissive, and I felt deeply uncomfortable. Julia did not introduce herself professionally. Once in the treatment room, her demeanor was aggressive and condescending—speaking to me as though I were a child, instructing me to “sit down” in a tone that felt demeaning. I sensed hostility from the moment I walked in. When I attempted to wipe the chair for hygiene reasons, she insisted I sit immediately. Her behavior made me fear she might act carelessly or harm me during treatment. I calmly told her that her behavior was unprofessional and not reflective of a proper patient-provider relationship. Her expression and attitude felt full of disdain and prejudice. Ultimately, she told me to leave and refused to treat me. When I returned to the receptionist to request an appointment with the dentist, I was told there were no available slots and that I would be called if there was a cancellation—this came after Julia appeared to send a message to the receptionist. This experience was upsetting and distressing. I no longer recognize this clinic since the original owner left for Sweden. I believe I was racially profiled and treated with blatant disrespect and hostility. Julia's conduct was unacceptable and indicative of someone in serious need of diversity and sensitivity training. I will be formally reporting this incident to the clinic for racial profiling and unprofessional behavior. I’m grateful there is CCTV in the room, which I hope will support my account of what took place.

I’ve been going to the Cambridge Dental Group for more years than I care to remember, and this perhaps says a massive amount of the very high regard in which I hold them. Technically, they are very competent. Examinations are thorough and conducted with gentleness. They are all such lovely friendly people, who really get to know you as a person, not just as a patient. It is a joy to go to see them.

I have attended this practice for many years and find it very friendly, hygienic and responsive when I need a bit of extra attention. The plan I am on does drain my finances a bit (as a person working part-time) but I see it as investing in myself. I never feel that I am being talked into any unnecessary dental work and when I did need some essential major dentistry it was well planned, with effective pain relief and follow up, and good results.

All the staff at Cambridge dental group were so helpful and friendly the Receptionist, dental nurse and Babak the dentist. I was seen at very short notice and a follow up only a few days later. I cannot recommend the practice enough. Thank you for your compassion.

I've been attending since childhood. I've seen a few different dentists and hygienists here, they have all been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The reception space and clinics are clean and tidy, and there is always a warm welcome on arrival. I look forward to my visits!
David Christensen
Not a cheap dental practice, but the upside to higher charges is that they don't need to overtreat. Their knowledgeable "only do what needs to be done" approach suits me.
Chiara Di Dio
Impolite, with no possibility to contact the Dr. to either discuss about my dental problems or receive any feedback.
