His expertise and professionalism are always reassuring. Kelly is a fantastic hygienist—she leaves my teeth feeling spotless and provides great advice for maintaining oral health at home, especially with my wired retainer. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I felt it was worth sharing. I needed some dental work done, including 4 fillings, and they managed to schedule everything within just 2 weeks across 3 appointments. From start to finish, they made the process so easy. The team was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, which helped calm my nerves. They explained every step clearly and always made sure I was comfortable during each appointment. It’s clear they really care about their patients, and their attention to detail was top-notch. If you’re looking for a dentist who puts you at ease while delivering excellent care, I highly recommend them!

Couldn’t be more grateful for Simons knowledge! Having had several teeth kicked out by a horse many years ago, I was left with dental work at the time from the hospital that was sufficient but wouldn’t last many years. Simon has been our dentist for more than 20 years. Everyone is extremely helpful, always fit you in for an emergency and you won't find a more gentle dentist. The hygiene team are also excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

I had a tooth extracted but the dentist struggled to get one bit out that had broken away when removing. Constantly pulling and slipping the tool whacking it against a tooth above resulting in the tooth chipping off after 2 weeks. Returned and explained to another dentist who dismissed my claim. It had a newish filling (18 months old), he did some poking around and I had no issues but was told I need a whole new filling etc. Cost £80 just to tell me that. Got second opinion elsewhere and all that was needed was a patch up. Still getting correspondence from them hounding me to book in with their hygienist (another task that isn't needed, as per my new dentist) 2 years later even though I've asked to be removed for their records.

Whilst everyone was lovely here, I felt they took advantage of my nervousness and told me I needed treatments that following a visit with a different dentist, I found out wasn't true. Fillings that didn't exist, evidence of teeth grinding that didn't exist. Please be careful, particularly if you are a nervous patient!

Great experience visiting for a hygienist appointment with Megan, she was clear, informative, and even got rid of some stains! Don’t even live in Portishead but will be back.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had been putting off going to a dentist for a while so was a little nervous however all of the staff are so lovely and really look after their patients and make you feel at ease. They have also gone above and beyond to keep patience and staff safe during the current pandemic and I feel confident visiting. I highly recommend booking an appointment which is also super easy to do online.
