Visited today after being referred from my local dentist who in my opinion are quite poor. Excellent dentist to use professional helpful and 4 teeth extracted with minimal pain even afterwards I've had pain relief and now feel a lot better than previously. Highly recommend

Dental staff were incredibly efficient and helpful after we were referred here from our usual dentist. They were attentive, considerate and proactive, going above and beyond in resolving the issue then and there so that we wouldn't have to rebook and return at a later date. We were very grateful for the excellent service and care.

Went here for my braces treatment, the orthodontist was so so rude. She’s always rushing and due to that the braces break when she applys or try’s to take them off. I believe her name is something with E, she is very unprofessional and everytime I went for a tightening she would be speaking to her assistant about daily life stuff like going out with family etc, I found disrespectful since I’m sat there waiting for my teeth to be done and your just wasting time… She’s very snappy and rude, when it comes to expressing any opinions she doesn’t like. I’m 100% changing my treatment to somewhere else due to her. Disgusting, and she should be sacked.

I was given an appointment in the same week. Went for an assessment but I was told no extraction will be done today but can ask if a spare slot was available at the reception desk. There was one in 20 minutes which was great. Every member of staff that approached me we friendly and welcoming. The dentist were very considerate of my pain and reassured me throughout the procedure. Will recommend to family and friends. Great job to all staff xxx

Recently had 3 teeth extracted by this dentists and I cant recommend them enough. The receptionists and dentists alike are all very good. I was also made to feel really comfortable during and after my surgery and they made an overall horrible experience seem not so bad. Brilliant!

Love my smile! DR Erma is absolutely amazing professional the best orthodontic dentist she's caring, and so skilled at what she does. She made every appointment comfortable and easy to understand, The results are incredible I feel confident and happy every time I smile THANKS ERMA!!

Visited the practice for the first time - some staff were friendly however, I've seen more life in a crematorium than the receptionist that took our details etc - quite rude and abrupt, we had to pay a fee which we did mention that it was a referral from our dentist and it was part of the maternity scheme - the receptionist completely disregarded this and wasn't very reasonable - on the plus side the dentist was polite, did a fantastic job and went the extra mile by giving the valuable advice.

Cant thank all staff ..brilliant service After beimg scared of Denists amd knowing i got bad teeth i needed 2 out today vert helpful ..and not a rip off for money like most local denists .. One quoted 300 but here only £ 75 ..what a diffrence ... Big thanks espicailly Jonathan best Denist in the world .. Thanks ..i fully recomend tbis place

This was my first time visiting for a dental check-up. I visited a few days ago. I had emailed beforehand about my condition, and although I don’t remember the dentists’ names, I’m sure they’ll remember me. The two female dentists were very helpful and understanding of my needs, which made everything feel a lot less scary. They also took the time to listen to all my questions and gave me really helpful feedback about my teeth. I kindly request and hope to receive the same support and adjustments in future appointments.
