Massive thank you to Dr Marc Gresley for my beautiful cosmetic dental work! I now have some stunning crowns and veneers; the colour shape and fit are unsurpassable. Not only do they look amazing, they feel incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly. I can honestly say that Clarence House Dental Health Centre is a centre of excellence. From the reception team, nurses and highly qualified clinicians, I've never really come across such a cohesive and professional team before; most of the staff have been with the practice for a long time and it shows through their knowledge, dedication to patient care and professionalism. I felt very welcomed from the start, which was a telephone call with Louise from reception to discuss the possibility of some treatment. I also have to mention the highest level of dental technology in this practice, it's truly outstanding. Everything is geared towards patient satisfaction which gives rise to a comfortable, caring, relaxing and trusting experience for even the most nervous of patients. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Clarence House! I am so pleased with my new smile.

I was recommended to Clarence House dental after previous bad experiences at my old practice and needing to sort a toothache problem asap. As I am quite an anxious patient due to previous experiences and also with autistic traits, clinical settings are places I struggle with. It was not problem for me to come in and be shown around the practice. I was made to feel so welcome. Lorna has made me feel so welcome and listened to. Kate has helped me tremendously with my immediate tooth problem, she is so empathetic, caring and listened to all my anxieties. She talked me through everything. They ran me after my treatment to check I was ok, they truly care about their patients. Clarence House has given me the confidence and help with my anxiety to finally have regular appointments and sort out the cosmetic problems that need doing. Thank you so much again Clarence House.

Prior to the whitening process I would have my photo taken and wouldn’t smile . Now they are 6 shades lighter I’m smiling having my photo taken with my teeth showing. I’m am absolutely delighted and would highly recommend it to anyone .Jean

I think this a great dental surgery. Kate is a fantastic dentist, very calm, reassuring and she explains everything clearly. The dental hygienist Emma and her assistant Hannah were very thorough too. Emma gave me good advice and my teeth look sparkly after she has cleaned them.

from a bad experience from 1 dentist and having no faith in any dentist,, so literally became a recluse for years, but due to a health issue decided i needed a life so took up courage to got to Clarence House Dentist. I can’t thank Mark for everything he has done for me, from details of what each appointment requires and explains how it’s going to works, to being reassured, I finally have a smile and my life back, it’s only been a few days but iv been out every day with no worries or anxiety, the rest of the staff are so friendly and welcoming also. highly recommend wish i had done this years ago thank you all once again
