Fantastic dental surgery. I have mobility problems and all the staff on reception, the nurses and the dentist herself are always very supportive, kind and helpful. If you have been putting off going to the dentist call here now - Hira Iqbal is a fantastic young dentist who has improved my smile both through dental work and through that work giving me more confidence to smile more often👍Can't recommend this dental practice highly enough - don't delay like I did - just call and book in to start improving your smile too😃

1* is fundamentally too many stars for this incompetent business, I called about 2 weeks ago to make an appointment as a new customer, after about a 15 minute conversation with the receptionist, giving all my details, having to spell everything at least 3 times, we eventually arranged an appointment and I had to pay £50 at this time. On the morning of the appointment, I was called by 'my dentist' to say they had to reschedule the appointment as whoever had booked the appointment for me had not made it long enough, sure, no problem, rescheduled to the following week. I arrived at the dentist at the agreed time, only to find out, no appointment had been made, even though they called me to make the rescheduled appointment. I asked how much they would charge me if I failed to keep my appointment and they said £1 per minute of the appointment, but guess what, would not offer this same charge to me as I have been inconvenienced. I asked for them to refund my £50 that I had paid as I certainly was not going to allow any business this incompetent to carry out work on me, I am sure there are much better dentists in the area.

Paid 2thousand pounds for 4 new vaneers 1 tooth has popped off twice(front tooth)only had them done 6wks and they can't take me for a week the first time it happened the dentist could take me no problem even though she was still busy (hadn't paid any money yet)now paid the lot she can't take me as she is so busy!!!

My husband, who waited for 5 months for an appointment went to the dentist and got impressions and nothing else and also being on benefits he somehow had to pay for treatment and the letter's were getting sent to my daughter's home and not ours. He then waited for 7 months on an appointment with the practice to finally get furthermore Treatment and also wasn't informed of the practice moving. He went to his appointment with a dentist hira and was told the practice was going to get teeth removed and furthermore treatment and after not receiving any re appointment he was told that he was going to receive an appointment for Glasgow to get the teeth removed and furthermore treatment and then today he's received a letter from my dentist and hira in particular signed the form stating that she could no longer be treating him and he has 3 weeks to find a new dentist and my husband was pleasant and polite and i even phoned the practice to see when he was going to get the treatment done I'm sure you should feel a good sense of community spirit in places like the dentist and to do this to a grieving young father with no confidence and bad mental health issues is disgusting and I'll be taking the matter further after consulting with his Doctor. I'm very disappointed with the practice and the complaint Will follow up soon 😞

Excellent practice amalgamated with my old practice in Bellshill who were unhelpful to say the least even an understatement . I approach this practice as I had severe pain after loosing a filling and after a talk with them about how bad the other practice was as I had NOT been able to get a check up in 5yrs the Dentist that helped me spoke to her colleague Sophie about this she agreed to take me on as her patient . I am ever so grateful to her as she has sorted all my dental needs and to the professionalism of the Reception crew so helpful and understanding and kept calm and collective when they saw I was getting so frustrated for which I apologised for . I highly recommend this practice if they take on any new patients you would not be sorry
