I recently spent two days at Marlborough Clinic Belfast, meeting with the entire team including David, Brenda, the dentists, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, hair transplant surgeons, support staff, and marketing team. I also had the privilege of speaking with patients, referring clinicians, and their lab team while producing video content. What I observed was nothing short of world-class excellence – a masterclass in how to treat and look after patients, staff, and each other. The level of clinical expertise across all disciplines here is exceptional. It's clear that clinicians have to earn their place at Marlborough, and their patients are incredibly fortunate to receive the level of service and expertise offered here. I've visited over 500 dental and healthcare practices throughout my 18-year career, and Marlborough Clinic genuinely stands out. The investment they make in materials and technology is remarkable – everything is premium quality. From the equipment and materials to the service delivery and the time they afford each patient, it's all first-class. I was genuinely blown away by what this team has built and the standard of care they deliver every single day.

Brilliant oral surgery course. Callum is an excellent instructor — clear, skilled, and very supportive. I’ve gained more confidence in assessing teeth for extraction, planning, sectioning, bone removal, flaps, suturing, and troubleshooting, and enjoyed the practical elements of the course as well as the theory. It was also incredibly useful to hear from David from an implantology perspective, adding even more depth to the learning. I’m taking back to practice new skills and knowledge and feel much more confident in attempting extractions. Highly recommended.

I attended Dr David Nelson for a tooth implant requiring a bone graft and was extremely happy with the care and attention that I received from start to finish with a great result. David is very kind and professional and explained fully what was involved with the treatment at each appointment. I felt relaxed and confident in my care which was excellent and extremely pain free.
