As a new patient, the initial check up I received was extremely thorough. The Dentist herself was a most pleasant lady with excellent communication skills. A full explanation of her examination was provided. I am very pleased that I chose this practice.

I recently visited the clinic under an emergency NSH appointment on 05/10/2025 and gave a 4-star review. Unfortunately, there was an IT issue with their internal system at that time, which prevented in-house x-ray services and the offering of a referral letter, despite my having paid the full cost for these services. The staff were courteous and provided me with some advice regarding my dental issue and apologized for the inconvenience caused by the IT problem. I appreciate their efforts to assist me under the circumstances.

If I could give this practice minus stars I would. The receptionist and the dentist assistant were lovely but that’s where it ends. I’ve been to some dentists in my 60 years and this is by far the worst, I wanted my tooth out because of the excruciating pain, the dentist “didn’t feel comfortable” doing it so decided to take an X-ray, the farce continued when they couldn’t get the X-ray results, when the X-ray machine or results page didn’t work, I was told that even if she wanted to take the the tooth out, she couldn’t because the machine didn’t work. So I paid my £27.50, which they happily took, even though I left the practice in more pain than when I arrived. I’m not being mean, others may have had a great experience here, this is my experience and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I was so frustrated I was in tears to my husband when I got back in the car, he was equally as disgusted with what I went through. So I’ll be in agony all day today, get no sleep tonight and hope I can get an appointment tomorrow again, obviously somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable the whole experience.
