Clyde Dental in Shettleston is a very good dentist and I would recommend them The only issue I have is the fact that I was charged £15 for verbal advice on brushing my teeth with an electric toothbrush as I was using it wrong. If you are to be charged for this, you should be told before the conversation takes place. If I had been told, I would have said no, I can go on-line and look at a tutorial for this. Dental treatment is expensive enough for most of us without things like this being added on. I find it absurd that the NHS has brought in these charges, and feel this needs to be looked into. First and foremost, make sure before your dentist gives you any verbal advice if there is a charge for it.

As I wasn't lucky enough to be registered with Craig i had a totally different experience and I can't find one positive thing to say about this practice. They frequently cancelled or rearranged appointments extending treatment timescales well beyond expectations. Since the latest dentist Tehreem left a few months ago, they haven't offered appointments to her patients, and these patients have been left dangling in the hope something changes! When i realised i was in a practice with no dentist, no appointments, and no concept of customer care, I left! Thankfully, it wasn't too hard to find a better practice and my treatment is well underway. .
