I'm since years in this practice i had dr Joanna and can't say enough how upset I'm that she is away from there. I have seen another dentist named Safeena and I'm glad the receptionist helped me to change from her many thanks for that! Dr safeena toke too long for control and was there nearly 1 hour just to fill things in for a referral and she said my broken teeth and the rest are fine no holes! Until i said yes there are holes she went to look to my x-ray for last year and saw i have holes in few teeths. And i have alot of teeth tartar and was hoping to have that abit cleaned today as i didn't had that since many years but it was all fine for her and 1 hour long appointment just asking and asking things! It's hard for me to stay that long due to my chronic fatigue syndrome. Instead of staying 1 hour long there just to answer questions i wish i hade a bit more treatment. I only had x-ray done but it was unpleasant she saw i was about to gag with first x-ray and told her that but she just ignored me and puted the square film as fast and harsh as on the first side. Finally she advised me to come back again after 3 months! For what sorry you said everything is fine and the holes i had a referral to hospital for that??? After beeing 9 years with doctor Joanna I'm very struggling but hopefully i will have better experience with the new dentist i got now after the visit i had with dentist Safeena.

My wife and I have been registered with My Dentist Eccles for many years. She had previously been very anxious and even stressed about visiting the dentist on numerous occasions. Recently we were both informed that our new dentist would be James. We have both had several appointments and we are extremely pleased with him. He is very pleasant, reassuring, professional and an excellent dentist. He has totally restored my wife's confidence. She no longer suffers from anxiety and is now very relaxed about her visits. I can't praise my dentist Denise enough, she is an absolute perfectionist who takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensures I understand the treatment plan, and always checks that I’m happy before proceeding. Her attention to detail and care is second to none. A special shoutout as well to the incredible reception team, Laura, Callum, and Paige. They always go above and beyond to make things happen and are consistently friendly, professional, and so helpful. Thank you all for making every visit a positive experience!

Best dentist we have ever had by far. Francis takes his time to explain the process before doing anything. He is very attentive, calm, never rushes, asks if we are happy and have any questions even before we leave. My kids and I feel respected and valued. Had an appointment with Safena recently and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist, I am terrified of needles and she was so lovely and understanding, along with her assistant. They even stayed over their lunch break to do the treatment for me!
