The dentist are very good & good at what they do.However the reception. Staff at front on reception are very unprofessional very low if not any customer service skills and conversational etiquette.I didn’t get a hello greeting on arrival and a bye when leaving what a disappointment because the dentist are good at what they do.Front of house staff need much improvement on their customer service skills

Before coming to you, I had visited a well-known clinic in Deansgate, which, despite its strong marketing presence, left me feeling uncertain and pressured after being told I needed extensive treatment. Your honest, evidence-based approach helped uncover that most of the proposed treatments were unnecessary. That alone has earned my complete trust and appreciation. Thank you for your ethical and expert care—it's rare and truly valued.

Here's a negative review in English for the dental clinic based on your experience: --- I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I was made to wait for an hour after my scheduled appointment time. When it was finally my turn, I informed them that I needed a couple of minutes to pray. Instead of waiting just a couple of minutes, they decided to proceed without me. I left feeling frustrated and upset. I even refused to take back the examination fee, telling them that if they wanted to refund me, they should also compensate me for wasting an hour of my day. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone! --- Feel free to modify it as you see fit!

Recently went for dental appointment, Dr Jabeen immediately took me as her patient and treated it well. She had to fill down to the root canal and she did amazingly well, I was impressed. Very professional, formative, ease and just a breath of air. Her assistant was amazing as well. Much love.

I visited on 16/01/23 with my son. The wait time was slightly shorter ( only 38 mins) but that was soon forgotten when we were introduced to one of the newly recruited dentists, Dr Jabeen. She had a lovely professional manner, was very patient, courteous and informative, a breath of fresh air in today's rushed society.

The receptionist i spoke to was very unprofessional. After asking politely if they could register my 7 year old (NHS patient) she quickly said NO. Didn't ask if I would like to book privately or if i needed any further information and quickly hung up the phone without saying anything.
