Best hygienist my partner Karen and I have ever had. Been paying privately for over 13 years and so glad I changed to the Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic just 2 years ago. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and truly professional. Exceptional dental care & can highly recommend. At my first consultation 20/12/23, a full mouth examination & X-Ray highlighted the deficiencies in my earlier dentists. Given my private treatment for many years due to the unavailability of decent NHS dentists, it was an easy decision to switch to the Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic with a care plan which easily saves as much as it costs. It's also highlighted to me the importance of X-Rays to detect signs of decay under existing fillings even though there is no discomfort or pain. I booked originally just to discuss one implant for a longstanding problematic crown very wobbly but the adjacent crown has always been a problem too, so I'm very pleased with the proposal for two implants. 22/1/24 Four fillings replaced with underlying decay removed. Such an excellent service far above and beyond treatment by my previous dentists, and everyone involved in the dental care including reception are so lovely, caring and understanding. Absolutely the best decision I've made and my partner has made the same decision after an initial consultation about one of her crowns. Ongoing checks and treatments continue with excellent high quality and professional services. The hygienist is very thorough, professional and provides excellent and very helpful advice. I wish I'd moved earlier as I've had to pay privately for my treatment for over 15 years but now realise that my previous treatments and checks were way below the services currently being received.

As an exceptionally nervous patient who has not been to a dentist in over 30 years, I attended Newcastle Dental as a necessity! Was looked after by Marcus who instantly put me at ease and completed all my work needed. He is excellent at not only what he does but the way he does it! Constantly reassuring and comforting. I would trust him 100%! Also, Emma was superb! She totally looked after me and picked up on how I was feeling and supported me in every way. All in all - I would highly recommend this Dentist in every aspect!

Rang up Thursday morning with a broken denture hoping to be fixed and got fitted in Friday morning, the receptionists are Lovley and everyone is so welcoming, Simon did an amazing job fixing my denture and so quick aswell! Amazing for the price and advice for along the way - thank you all I am very grateful :)
