I had an emergency appointment booked today at the central practice just off Friar Gate. I was so nervous, my CPTSD was causing havoc with my head. I needn't have worried though! I had the pleasure of Dr. Miten taking care of me. He was so kind, gentle and informative, took the time to listen to the problem I was experiencing and quickly found the issue. He explained what he was doing, was efficient and repaired the tooth within moments! So professional and such a refreshing experience. The reception staff were both great too! Quickly helping me to update some sensitive personal information and ensuring i was happy with everything. Thank you so much!!!

I had an appointment today. I had a bit of an issue beforehand and sent an email yesterday evening. This email was replied to in time by reception staff before my appointment the next day. The dentists, dental assistants and reception staff are always polite and efficient, and the advice given is without any hard sell. Fully recommend.
