All staff from receptionist through to Brendan the dentist, very professional,polite,accomodating and approachable. I am new to this surgery. All procedures and pricing clearly explained by Brendan ,also any options for alternatives at other clinics. Brendan has a very calm and friendly attitude towards his patients. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this dental practice.

After one month I was waiting for this appointment and when I was there he is trying humiliated me front of staff because I am foreigners .take my advice mr dentist never judge people if you don’t know them🤔

Kenny and his team have restored my faith in dentists. It's a welcoming and calm environment, that feels compassionate and caring. As an overly nervous patient (from bad childhood experiences) I've often felt anxious, but Kenny always puts me at ease. It's obvious that he has a strong passion for dentistry; and really cares about the quality of his work. A professional that also explains things clearly. Finally, he and his team are successful in creating a nice rapport with our two young children – helping to ensure they get their early experiences off to a great start. I returned to this practice after covid and found a new dentist is working in the practice called Brendan. I had always used Gurav before so I was a little nervous of the change but due to tooth pain I needed help. I have been to see Brendan a few times since my most recent visit today for a root filling. I have found the service always to be so great I feel compelled to leave this review. I have found the way he clearly explains everything very reassuring and I have felt comfortable during all the work he has done. I also believe comparing him to some other dentists I have seen he does not cut corners and provides the Gold standard of dentistry. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to anyone. I am a new patient at this dental practice and today was my 2nd visit. The dentist gave me a thorough examination which I was happy with but overall was unhappy with my experience.today. My appointment was made for 9.45 but the day before was asked if I could attend at 9.30 which I agreed, I attended at 9.30 but asked to wait outside the building fortunately it was not raining then was able to enter at 9.40 to a very unfriendly and discourteous approach. I work within the NHS and I do understand the challenges faced by staff during the pandemic but this is no excuse to a lack of common curtesy and lack of respect to patients.

I have been attending Sunniside dental practice since we moved to Sunniside in 2014. I feel personally lucky to have such excellent practice around the corner from our house.. Everyone one in the practice are praised for their excellent level of care and professionalism. They communicate efficiently and always try to accommodate me within my own convenient time. Dr. Gurav is an excellent dentist with high level skills and professional care..

Awful dental practice. I feel genuinely and personally wronged by this establishment and the people running it. In short, I was 5-10 minutes late for my second appointment and was told I was to be written off their books and find a new dentist because of my recurring lateness to appointments, despite this being literally my second appointment and my first time being late. Yes cancel my appointment, but writing me off their books for one late arrival?? Genuinely confused and mad with this establishment and those running it.
