Charged for tier 3 treatment when I only received tier 2 (about £260 instead of £60). I only realised the year after that my treatment should have been tier 2 and requested a refund. If I hadn’t realised myself, I would not have received my money back. They clearly had no intention of telling me.

Since this Dentist took over it has gone bad to worse you ring and ring to get an appointment and you really can't understand them and always be prepared to get accused of not turning up.Its clear between the league if nations running the show they can't communicate but any mistakes blame the patient .

Appointment never on time and poor communications. Avoid them because they’ll make your teeth even worse.

The way this dentist treats there patients is terrible been a patient since I first ever got my teeth seen to, and rang up recently to be told by some foreigner there were no appointments at all for me for the next 6 months to which I asked what to do, she then rudely said find another dentist absolute joke of a place steer clear
