It turns out DR BILAL QASIM has not been working at this practice for some time. But they still have his details on the website. They are still advertising CBCT Scans despite the fact that they don’t have anyone who can do them. They were still happy to take my booking, and notify me of the costs and requested a pre-booking fee. I spent time arranging a referral. I took a day off work and travelled in the London from Kent only to be informed by a dental nurse that none of these services were available and the staff don’t work there anymore. Their lack of care has cost me a lot of time and money. What a terrible experience. They should be ashamed of the false advertising they are doing.

Amazing customer service and was welcomed by all members of staff! I had a treatment done recently and I’m very pleased with my results. They provide multiple services and their dental work is highly recommended. Overall my go-to clinic for dental specialists and also skin treatments. The staff are very friendly and professional. I’ve tried multiple clinics yet here I’ve never had a bad experience. I recommend here 100%!

I went there for a hygienist appointment as a first time customer. Before coming, I was quoted a price of £70 for the hygienist appointment (simple cleaning) which was supposed to last 30 minutes. When I came in, the initial examination was almost 30 minutes (and helpful) and then there was 10 minutes of airflow, which I assume was the hygienist part of the treatment. The final bill came to £190(!!) and I was surprised , and I frankly cannot quite understand how a 10 minutes airflow treatment can cost £120 (normally it is supposedly £245 and I got a discount). I was then also told afterwards that the hygienist was actually not available that day and that the dentist had to do it instead. At my normal dentist, the hygienist takes c. 40 minutes, includes polishing, etc. Overall a very negative experience, I feel ripped off and will not return and I can only recommend to look for alternatives. This almost feels like a scam to me and I am very worked up about it (in retrospect, I should not have paid and asked to speak to the manager to complain there and then).
