i’d give this place a 0 if i could. to begin with, went through my treatment plan completely fine thinking this is where my perfect smile begins, WRONG. They have now left me almost 9 months. Put them on me to never be seen again by the feels of it. fancy having braces when the wire is nowhere to even be seen now aswell as half my brackets, what a perfect smile i have already 😁😁😁😁😁 and the best i get is “we can fit you in at the end of the month” ????? now of course i’m not expecting vip treatment , but something needs to be sorted asap with the whole place, it would be quicker for me to become a fully trained orthodontist myself and do it all than wait for my next appointment, which has been moved almost the same amount of times i’ve moved house (5 times)

For two years now I’ve been going to them and the staff give you the feeling that they are family, from happy greetings, to polite reminders and even remembering small details about you each time you meet them. Great Experience – Highly Recommend! I was with Palace Plain Orthodontic Practise for almost two years, and overall, it was a really great experience! The team is super professional, friendly, and always made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment.
