I have been a patient at high street dental practice for around 30 years, my dentist Dr Paul Banerjee has always been respectful, friendly and always happy to offer advice making every visit stress free. All the staff are amazing and nothing is too much bother, sometimes I have been seen by other dentists and they have provided excellent treatment and care. The practice is of high standards and the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Just wanted to say thankyou to the practice for fitting me in for an emergency tooth extraction a few weeks ago, and also for Rosemary for extending my appointment today and somehow fitting me in to get my filling done today before my holiday! Thank you so much. Rosemary is an excellent dentist, very professional, skilled and gentle; I didn’t feel any discomfort with any of the treatments I have had. Really makes going to the dentist a stress free experience. Working with Rosemary today was Nicola and she was fantastic. She is so friendly and welcoming and her bedside manner is just wonderful, ensuring I was okay and just making me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank them both enough for doing my filling today. Reception staff are also a real credit to the practice, every time I attend an appointment they are efficient and professional with a friendly manner.

Would not recommend, I’m now having extremely expensive private corrective dental surgery to correct with 5 extractions, braces and then invisiline to correct an overbite that was completely missed by Jhotti. Doesn’t even deserve the one star and Jhottis bedside manner is appalling!

I very rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but my recent experience has left me so unsettled that I feel it’s important to speak up. I received a call from the receptionist to organise my upcoming NHS appointment, and unfortunately, the interaction was deeply unpleasant. The woman on the phone was shockingly rude, unnecessarily pushy, and came across as incredibly arrogant. There was a complete lack of basic customer service skills or empathy – something that should be a given when dealing with patients. I genuinely wish I had recorded the call, as I was left feeling quite shaken and frustrated afterwards. Being spoken to in such a dismissive and abrasive manner is completely unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare setting where a degree of understanding and professionalism should be standard. My appointment is scheduled for the next couple of days, and while I’m trying to remain optimistic, I can’t help but feel anxious and apprehensive following that phone call. If the rest of the experience reflects what I’ve already encountered, it’s not something I’m looking forward to at all
