I had a problem with my front tooth being a lot darker than the rest of my teeth for a number years and was told by other dental practices there was nothing that could be done. Craig was excellent as he understood exactly what I needed and suggested a solution which I went with and the results are excellent. I thought I’d have to live with this issue but I was able to have specialist root canal treatment and teeth whitening. I’m delighted with the work and I now feel confident to smile in photos again. I am currently undergoing treatment by Dr Marco Yang @ Birchgrove Dental Practice and can I just commend him and the rest of the team (Tess / Lisa / Beth / Dr Craig Lewis) for their professionalism and care. I have taken some of their methods of communication and embedded it into how we deal with patients on the NHS. Dr Marco’s technique of local anaesthetic infiltration is literally painless. I was very impressed with Birchgrove Dental Practice. Craig Lewis was recommended by my dentist as the best orthodontist to correct my very difficult teeth (sorely in need of straightening and with lots of gaps which had exacerbated - or caused - gum disease over the years). The result is incredible, and I can now smile confidently for the first time in over twenty years. Also, as a woman in her sixties, I was not made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed at having braces at this late stage! Rather, all I experienced was kindness and encouragement, and all my questions were answered clearly and fully. I would like also to mention the dental assistants and administrative staff, all of whom were professional, very helpful and welcoming.
