I had a fantastic experience at My Dentist In Tuckton. From the initial telephone enquiry to my tooth extraction, every member of staff were so friendly and pleasant. The friendly receptionist helped me fill out the necessary forms, also the Dentist and her assistant were fantastic and really put me at ease during my procedure and fully explained the aftercare I needed to do when I got home. Well done to all the staff who helped me and put me at ease as I was quite nervous.

Been going to this dentist practice for a long time now. Never have had any issues. Reception team go way above their duties to make you feel welcome . Even had same day appointment. Treated quickly. Would not go anywhere else .

Absolutely awful. I had been a patient since I was a child. Appointments kept getting cancelled and not rebooked. When I tried to book in again they said I am no longer registered with them and put me on a 2 year waiting list. The receptionist told a family member of mine that apparently I did not attend multiple appointments which is not true at all and that is also breaching patient confidentiality. I wrote a formal complaint and received a very vague and dismissive response.

Great service phoned with a tooth literally hanging off and although they were full they phoned me back and fitted me in and the tooth was removed ! Very impressed at this speedy service and everyone was really helpful and kind .

I came to visit Nicah today for my filling and clean appointment. I am so nervous about going to the dentist and the pain but honestly, Nicah reassured me and did everything she could to make sure I was ok. Even her nurse helper (so sorry I didn't catch her name) was absolutely amazing too. I am now booked in to go in November to see Nicah and will always ask for her whenever I need a filling/hygienist appointment. Thank you so much for today 😊 I came in for my second appointment today after there was a cancellation. I saw Nicah and Nurse Leone again. Honestly cannot thank these two ladies enough. They are just incredible. A massive thanks to the reception ladies too who always try to accommodate your appointment preferences and are always so friendly with a lovely smile on their face. I feel so lucky to be a patient here 🥰
