My husband has been had a go at by receptionist, very abrupt and rude and snappy, we asked for help they gave low dose antibiotics and they wouldn't give us advice on painkillers then when we did eventually got through we had to wait another 24 hours and then I was told I couldn't cancel the appointment even though I was the one who booked it and how the receptionist laughed when I told them that my husband was in so much pain he got very angry because he was being neglected by dentist and nhs 111 which was disgusting! I've tried to call to put a complaint in to have a nasty rude woman who kept interrupting me wouldn't let me finish a sentence so i terminated the call and blocked the number and have gone higher up. It's taken me to get my husband in with a different dentist to be told he should have been offered medication to help clear his infection instead now he has an abscess! Won't be using this dentist ever again due to the above reasons and also making me and a permanent abscess on my gum that I can't get rid of!!!!' DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment with Mehak Falima to get the chip in my front tooth replaced yesterday - and she was amazing! The chip was replaced back in February by a different dentist and it was incredibly uncomfortable and very obvious; so when I had my check-up appointment with Mehak last week I mentioned it and yesterday she replaced it perfectly. I can’t feel it, I can’t see it and I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes - she’s incredible! Thank you so much 😁

I have been looking for a NHS dentist for the past 8 years for my boys and I managed to get an appointment with Charlton house after being on the waiting list they have NHS spaces, Mehak the dentist has been absolutely fantastic with both my boys I would highly recommend. And if you are still looking for an NHS dentist definitely give them a call All the staff are so friendly and welcoming

Fab dental surgery, Mehak is fantastic. Had a filling that fell out and was causing a lot of pain escecially around the gum. She was so lovely, made me feel so comfortable, filled the tooth again and I have had no problem at all since. Amazing service. Thanks so much 😃

I did my Botox here couple months ago and the doctor said they will have to see me in a week and I forgot to go and then I called and said I need to come and she said next week then next week I called and she said the same thing and it’s been like that for abut till now she still hasn’t given me a appointment and she is not even answering no more. I’m not happy with clinic at all. I just lost my £200 like I’ve just thrown money into the bin. I’m not happy at all
