I attended once again due to my own dentist not being able to complete a tooth extraction....Ben Dixon was fantastic..he's just so good I was in and out in no time...Also the receptionist was very professional and informative and put you at ease...I'd recommend this dentist to anyone needing the best treatment.

I had a broken tooth and tried ringing lots of dentists to have it looked at. A local dentist recommended Park View. I went to there website, booked an emergency appointment for the next day. I was seen 20mins before my appointment time, had xray and tooth removed. I can highly recommend Park View, the staff and efficiency of this place is second to none.

I was sent here via calling 111 for an emergency appointment, got in within an hour and had a good extraction. You can also book in a routine appointment with them if you're a dental nomad and aren't registered/are on a waiting list, staff were all lovely

Have just been here today after referral by 111. Ben and his nurse were completely accepting of my level of anxiety. Didn't try and force myself to try having work done without sedation, which I've had in the past. Checked the problematic tooth only, did a temporary fix and sorted my referral out. Even ensured I knew how to book back in without contacting 111 .

Had Ben for a filling today and a lovely nurse too. I have anxiety and autism and they were very calm and kind and explained everything and had time for me. They were very experienced and helpful! Thank you

I had a cracked tooth, called 14 dentists local to me, not one had any appointments unless I was prepared to go private. The last one I called mentioned coming here. I'm pleased I did. I was seen before my appointment time, had a consultation, x-ray and extraction within 20 minutes. Dentist Ben and dental nurse Nicola were fantastic, especially when I explained how nervous and anxious I was. Thanks Ben. You have restored my faith in Dentists.

Due to an accidental overdose (caused by the advice of 111) and the excruciating pain of my cracked/broken tooth I was made an appointment here by 111 (second time I called), whom I did tell I use a wheelchair and I knew this dentist wasn't wheelchair accessible as I used to go there as a child so knew the layout, but was still given the appointment and told it was accessible. Being stuck in hospital on a 2hr drip followed by a 10hr drip, I had to rearrange said appointment, so rang up Park view to cancel the first one and explained to whomever I spoke to on the phone I use a wheelchair and they still said it was OK and told me how to make a new appointment. They didn't tell me it was NOT accessible. Turned up for said appointment and immediately struggled to get through the doorway. Struggled to get to/past reception, and certainly couldn't get into one one the 2 downstairs rooms because of the layout, and when I eventually did, and the staff/dentist were OK (the majority of them sat around reception more interested in talking about going out/clubbing n kids etc and half arsed about the patients), I was told I'd need an x-ray....which was upstairs. Obviously nothing could be done for me as I'm disabled and can't get up the stairs, which they knew as I'd stated all along during contact with 111 and Park view themselves. I Was told I'd have to go to the community dental hub in Washington, which is too far away for me to get to and still inaccessible for me to reach. So left broken hearted and distressed as tooth still hurting and I only have 2 doses left of the pain meds the hospital gave me. Now I can't find an accessible NHS dentist that I can get to and 111 don't have a clue about accessibility and waste your time and energy by only giving you places that are inaccessible or not taking on NHS patients. So for anyone disabled and looking for a dentist..... Don't let them send you to, or don't bother going to Park View because it's the least accessible place you can find. I don't know what to do now besides other than to take an actual overdose cause either everywhere costs too much, no ones taking on NHS or no where's accessible and I'm left in this pain, unable to eat or drink. 😥
