The staff are very rude and i regret ever signing the contract to get treatment with them. You have to wait ages to be seen and they rush appointments and charge you if you are late even though they are always late and rushed. Their business model is obviously about fitting as many customers as possible into the day and they are callous and uncaring when you say you have other obligations as well. I had to leave after waiting an hour for my appointment and no apology was given for my wasted time.
