This practice has put my mum, and by extension me, through absolute hell for the last two months. She had a tooth that obviously couldn't be saved and thus needed extracting, but the dentist treating her naively believed he could place a temporary crown on it to save it. Over time, the tooth became infected, causing Mum endless pain and leading to distress that has been near impossible to manage. She's finally had it removed elsewhere and, lo and behold, we were told it was beyond saving months ago. Brilliant mate, thanks for that. Time to hang up your scrubs pal.

I hate going to the dentist, but I needed to have a wisdom tooth out. The specialist who took out the tooth was absolutely amazing! I wish I could remember her name. I want to thank her again so much. The injection was the worst part. She made me feel at ease, was so friendly and before I knew it, the tooth was out. I wish I could be a patient permanently.

I was referred here from my own dentist for a more complex extraction that they could better accommodate and I can’t rate them enough ! From a very nervous patient this was with out a doubt the best dental experience I’ve ever had ! It was a really calm setting , the dentist I saw was Mrs Nicola hesketh in the clevleys surgery who was incredible! I told her I was petrified and she really took the time to reassure me , answering all my questions and talking me through the whole process start to finish ! It’s the little things that really help put your mind at ease , I left feeling happy with my appointment and highly recommend them !

Referred by dentist for tricky tooth extraction. The staff were friendly and place very clean and tidy. However, extraction rushed. I realise limited time with anesthetic but didn't probe to check. No after care and very painful. Dentist didn't know where the crack in tooth was. Hadn't read notes? Once tooth removed, rush to tidy up and I was on my way. Didn't check tooth before leaving. Given gauze to put in later. Now on antibiotics as have a dry socket and jaw infection.

Went here as an emergency appointment, staff were all great, Dentist looked at my tooth explained it needed to come out, he put me at ease and proceeded to extract my tooth after numbing the area,never a nice experience but my tooth was out in minutes and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend this dentist.
