A really excellent dental practice! I was having a terrible time with another dentist and luckily the team at Tweedsmuir were able to help me out. Lindis who I initially spoke to was very helpful and informative about what would happen, which helped me a great deal. When it came to the dental work itself, both Lorna and Lisa were absolutely fantastic with me. I had such fear going into any dentist from previous work, but both of them helped to put my mind at ease. It’s been a few weeks since surgery, and honestly it’s given me so much more confidence, and I’m pain free now. I like many others had dreaded going to a dentist again, but Lorna and Lisa were excellent with their approach and reassurance with me. By the time my treatment was done over a number of sessions, I had actually enjoyed going there!

I am absolutely disgusted with this practice .My veneer has come out for the second time in three weeks .I phoned this morning to be told the earliest appointment would be next Tuesday when they would send the veneer off to be sand blasted .As I am going away on holiday on Monday I asked for an emergency appointment for a temporary fix and was told the dentist would not accommodate me .I will now have to go on holiday with a badly discoloured front tooth .The practice has now lost one angry customer .Disgraceful customer service

Lorna and Ross took great care of me and gave me my smile back, great team and will take care of you as best as they can. Update review as of 2025, lorna continues to do great work on me and at this point feels like a second family 😅 couldn't ask for a better team to look after you to keep your dental health tiptop.. would highly recommend to anyone to come see them, apologies for not mentioning everyone that should be mentioned.. my memory is like a shive 😂

I’ve been registered at the Cumbernauld practice for years and no one was answering the phone today. Called the Cardonald practice to see if there was any way they could see me. To them it was no issue whatsoever. The staff are lovely and friendly! Straight away got an X-Ray with a diagnosis as well as an emergency root canal to resolve my pain. Offered an appointment for a few days later to look at a plan for the rest of my issues. I’ve now asked to be transferred to this practice as Cumbernauld has now massively gone downhill. Took a chance calling today and I’ve stumbled upon a belter of a dentist! Can’t be more thankful.

I think everyone has their traumatic dentist story, I myself had a bad experience many years back and found I was too scared to return. Years later I had some tooth pain and got the courage to go see the dentist. Let me tell you, you will not find a more kind and patient dental team than the team here. All of the staff are lovely but Lorna and Lisa are especially wonderful, they understood my concerns and nerves and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. I’ve now had two tooth extractions done by Lorna and each time she was very informative, she made jokes to relax me and chatted with me like we’d known each-other forever. I cannot thank them enough. Dental work can be traumatic for the patient especially if the team are not equipped with good patient care skills… you will not find that here. If you’re looking for a dental practice, you’ll be well taken care of here I assure you. - Maryann
