I felt the need to leave a review as my son seen Dr Gregg Mason this morning and his appointment couldn’t have went any smoother. He is usually terrified of the dentist or anything to do with the dentist and was able to sit happily and have stuff done without any tears no tears . Dr Gregg deserves a mention in Martins lane dental practice for being such a kind and compassionate dental professional. Thankyou

Been with this dentist 30 odd years, I haven't been for a while due to illness. Rang up for an appointment the other day, told I am no longer on there books. Receptionist quite snotty and told me I'll have to find another dentist, all to do with pure Greed and want private appointments. Absolutely disgusting.

Had to get a emergency appointment and they fitted me in. Chris I believe my dentist was told me my options explained everything clearly and has helped with my tooth pain. Definitely recommend as they sorted me on a bank holiday immediately. Great service

I can't thank dom enough for his kindness, patience and professionalism, he is so lovely and has helped my confidence monumentally, over the course of 4 weeks I had 3 fillings done and a scale and polish (which I've never had) and Dom and his team where so incredibly warming and so helpful in keeping me calm and took their time and patience with me, sorry for being a difficult patient with crap veins 😂 thank you so much everyone for giving me my smile back!!

I can't express fully in words how thankful I am to this dentist practice, especially Gregg Mason and the practice manager , aswell as all the receptionists , I had been having a really rough time and let it get the better of me , the practice had let me know that because I had been absent from some appointments that I maybe taken from the roster , I was completely understanding of this as my attendance had been sporadic at best , however my tone and manner whilst hearing this was not polite , I can only thank the staff so much for understanding my personal circumstances regarding this , the manager even giving me a hug and reasuring me once I arrived. The dentist I see is Gregg Mason and I cannot commend him more. He is kind and explains what he is doing in a calm manner. The team decided to keep me on the books and treat me , they didn't have too , I was rude and abrasive , yet these wonderful people saw that I was struggling and instead of letting me go , treated me , with kindness and dignity. Please fight for nhs dentistry , without funding they cannot continue the fantastic work they do . Thank you again everyone , for all the things i have to worry about. Smiling isn't one of them ♥️

Absolutely lovely dentist such a pleasant service I'm terrified of the dentist but Greg is just unreal amazing he has been truly amazing and I feel at ease and trust him so much he's the only one I trust now after years of bad dentists at other places, I don't get hysterical going to the dentist now if I know I'm with greg, he took a very very difficult tooth out that was literally just a stump and even he said it wasn't very pleasant but he done amazing just speaking nicely and explaining everything goes a long long way with me with my anxiety of dentists I can't recommend him enough he always explains everything talks to you and makes u feel at ease, he's amazing for anyone who's terrified of the dentist, also if u want the job done properly he's your man most dentists just do the quickest easiest option and kick u out with a temp filling he doesn't he takes his time and does a proper job and always works a treat never makes u feel uncomfortable never rushes u out the door and gives great advice oh I just love Greg now. If u find a good dentist u have hit the jackpot specially in today's dentist crisis 100% recommend him and specially if ur terrified of the dentist, thank you so much for all you guys have done for me I appreciate it x
