I had such a great experience at Liverpool Road Dental Practice! Fariaa, the Therapist, was absolutely amazing — so professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout my treatment. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Hana, the Nurse, was just as wonderful — friendly, kind, and made the whole appointment feel so easy and relaxed. Together they make a fantastic team! I honestly felt completely at ease the entire time. Highly recommend!

This is my first time writing a review for a dentist because I’ve always been really afraid of them. But my experience at Genix Healthcare in Stoke was so good, I had to share it. Dr. Liselle Braganza and her assistant Imogen did a great job removing my wisdom tooth – and it didn’t hurt at all! They were very friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and treating me with care. I also want to mention the receptionists – they were very nice and spoke to me in a friendly way. I’m really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend them!

Attended today for my first appointment and saw Deepika and Christina. Just to say first off that I haven’t been to a dentist for serveral years so I knew I needed work done but I was also quite embarrassed due to how long I’ve not been to one for which is what made it harder getting in somewhere anyway. I walked out with a smile I’m proud of again. I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done and how they’ve made me feel. A deep clean and two fillings later and I genuinely feel so much better. I’m so grateful. Thank you to both of you!

After having an awful experience at another dental practice I came across Liverpool Dental Practice and gave them a call, eventually, I paid for the monthly care plan. I am someone who is very anxious when visiting the dentist due to bad experiences in the past but the team were beyond exceptional. From the admin team to my dentist (Farria) and her colleague (Ness) they were extremely polite and careful, constantly talking me through the details of my procedure and always remained reassuring whilst checking on me during my appointments to ensure I was comfortable and at ease. They are, by far, the best dental practice I have ever been to with outstanding staff and an unrivalled quality of service! Highly recommended 😀

Liverpool road dental practice is the best dentist I've been to in my 60 years, the receptionist are always polite and welcoming, the hygienist Fariaa and the nurse Lauren are very thorough, I felt relaxed and comfortable while they were doing their work, the dentist Mr Saad Osman and his nurse Manny were great explaining everything to me, they don't rush they take there time making sure you understand everything what is happening while you are having your treatment.

When you're at your appointment everything is fine. However it is impossible to make contact with them via phone. I've currently been sat on hold for over an hour without having any contact at all. I wouldn't mind but I'm only having to call because they have sent a text message. Very very poor communication.
