Had chicken pox from this dental surgery. And before you think I could of got it from some where else. I have been home for the past 2 weeks. I have not been out anywhere. I went to the dentist. And 24 hours later I am coming down with a bad case of chicken pox. My doctor agrees it has to be the dentist surgery that I got them. My appointment was on the 16th October 2025 at 3pm. I am now suffering at home with bad chicken pox not being able to go near my baby or hold him. I have to wait for over 2 weeks to be able to go near him or hold him! I am very unhappy about this!! It should be more hygienic there! I will be reporting it to health and safety standards!! EDITED. - UPDATED ON TUE 28TH OCTOBER 2025. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED FOR 31ST OCTOBER. THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. I CALLED THEM TODAY TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT. AND THEY TELL ME ITS BEEN CANCELLED AND THAT I AM BEING KICKED OF THE DENTIST. I QUESTIONED WHY AND THEY SAID BECAUSE I WAS TOO HONEST IN MY REVIEW ABOUT THERE DENTIST. IT DEFINITELY NEEDS A HYGIENE CHECK. IT STINKS OF MOULD AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN. IT DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OVER. THE PLACE IS FILTHY. THE STAFF ARE RUDE. THE ONLY REASON I STAYED THERE FOR SO LONG WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED MY TEETH FIXED. IT IS DEFINITELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO.

My five chewing teeth were having infection and the roots need to be taken out. ( I needed to be registered with new dentist after my previous dentist took out the wrong chewing tooth out in the past And now this time giving me three weeks after appointment. On the appointment day my previous dentist called me to say that I am not on their register because I didn't use them for a year. I was left with extreme pain. That time the receptionist at my GP recommended me to Goldthorn dental practice. ) At the GOLDTHORN DENTAL PRACTICE: 1. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception. She gave me a form to fill which I filled on spot. I was given the earliest possible appointment. 2. On the appointment day I was called in. The young dentist named NEHA explained me.about the procedure in full details. 3. The other young assistant of NEHA, took the x-ray of my teeth ( I am sorry I don't know her name ).. 4. On my first appointment the dentist explained me that today they will only took out the teeth from one side only so that I can eat by the other side. 5. On my last appointment on 17/09/2025 they took out the other two chewing teeth out. 6. NEHA took more time to explain the procedure to me than to took out the teeth. 7. I am very sensitive by mouth. But to be honest the dentist NEHA didn't even let me realise that when she took out the teeth. 8. Totally painless treatment. YOUNG DENTIST BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 100% MARKS FOR THEIR EFFORTS TO MAKE THE PATIENT CONFORMABLE. 🎉🙏.

Round of applause to my sons orthodontist. As an SEN parent, I think we're used to Health Care professionals who just don't understand our kids. So, I feel like I need to shout from the rooftops how amazing Dr Naz is with my son. She's patient and aware of his communication and sensory issues. She adjusts things to suit him and is doing things at a slow and steady rate, so that he has time to adjust.

Edit to say still really happy with the services! We are now in the process of moving dentists for the whole family!! Happy with reception/other staff we come across as well!! We’ve been using Dr Naz now for a while for my son’s braces. The level of care and compassion Dr Naz and the other person who sees my son is outstanding. Dr Naz always has a smile on her face, she understands my son and just oozes of friendliness. My son doesn’t usually like the dentist but happily goes in to see Dr Naz. Finding someone to understand my boy who is set in his ways is hard work but Dr Naz does it with ease. Even when things haven’t improved as much we had hoped she guides but doesn’t dictate or moan which is half the battle. I would 100% recommend this practice for braces especially for children on the ASD spectrum. Thank you Dr Naz. Not only for helping my boy but improving his confidence. My son also says thanks ♥️
