Excellent level of care and guidance for life-long management of periodontal disease. Encouragement through tracked progress (supported by computer generated visualisations of mouth health at various stages during and after treatment plan). I feel empowered to manage a condition that I had deemed irreparable, but that can actually be stabilised to avoid progression. I only wish this level of awareness was taught more widely in general dental care, to prevent rather than manage gum disease. Big thanks to Ruben and team for their dedicated care and expertise!

Love this practice, and for someone who was terrified of dentists, this is saying a lot. Dr Vinesh Patel is now the only one I will ever trust with any kind of dental work - including major restorative work and surgery. Just had a new crown fitted after extensive repairment treatment and the quality has been excellent throughout and the end result is looking great. Dr Vinesh was extremely patient with all my quirks and nervousness, and had some great solutions (a plush toy to hold, salt for nausea, etc). Couldn't recommend more! And the rest of the staff are really lovely too (shout-out to Amanda and Alexandra) x

Booked to have a chipped tooth fixed. Was told my day and time to meet dentist and would have it fixed up. After what ends up being a consultation I’m given 3 options with the Dentist: 1- (cheapest) Chip hasn’t gone through all the enamal. So just tidy up the area and smooth the jagged edges. 2- A composite filling option 3- A ceramic filling option Dentist tells me that when we decide on the option we will proceed with getting the work done. I’m told to go back to reception desk where I’ll be given a printed copy of the options, or alternatively it’ll be emailed to me. I go to reception and pay for the consultation. I’m now standing at the foyer like a goose just waiting. Then receptionist advices there’s nothing for me to wait for , and that I can go (I’ll assume I’m getting emailed the quote then?). I call the Clinic back 5 days later as I still don’t have the quote or options emailed to me. The following day I’m emailed the quote. Quote now only includes 2 options, and the 1st (cheapest) option has been removed. I email back to inform that an option is missing, and I’m told that the dentist is away for the next 3 days and they will get back to me when he returns. 10 days after my last contact from the clinic, I reach out again to ask if the dentist is back as I still haven’t heard anything back ? I get another email with the new and amended quote with options…. However, it’s the EXACT same quote, just the consultation charge is no longer visible. There is also no commentary in the email to let me know why the option is still not visible . I email back to point out that the options are still the same, and I get an email back asking which option I want to proceed with. Alternatively , a phone consultation can be booked with the dentist. 2 days later, I request the phone consultation. It’s been another 2 weeks and I still have not had anyone from Zero dental reach out to get this consultation booked? It’s now been 69 days since my consultation with the dentist. My tooth is still untouched. As of today I have requested a refund on my consultation and will book into another Clinic.

I’ve always had such wonderful experiences at this dental practice and I can’t thank the team enough! The practice itself is modern, welcoming, and always impeccably clean, which makes every visit a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thanks to the exceptional care I’ve received, my gums are feeling great after struggling with painful episodes. Dr. Pran has been incredible in treating my gum issues, always offering great advice and making sure my gums stay healthy and well-cared-for. He has such a calming presence and really makes you feel at ease, which is so important when it comes to dental care. He is also amazingly knowledgeable! I’m especially grateful for how he took care of my filling right away without needing another appointment—what a relief! Dr. Tush is equally amazing. He has such a calming and reassuring demeanor, which makes every visit a breeze, even in emergency situations. I’m so thankful he was able to see me last minute during an emergency. Both of them are truly lifesavers! What really stands out is how the team always goes above and beyond for their patients, whether it’s your first visit or your tenth. They’re honest, caring, and highly professional, always putting their patients’ well-being first. I’ve witnessed this not just with my own care, but also with other patients while I was there—it’s clear they are committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone. They also always follow up and provide reassurance, which makes such a difference in feeling cared for and supported. Without a doubt, they are the best dental practice in London. I’ve heard so many stories about dental practices from people I work with, and after visiting here, I know for sure this is the place to be. I would recommend anyone visit them for the outstanding care they provide—and they’ve even got great coffee too! A special shout-out to Dr. Ruben, who runs the practice with such a positive and warm attitude—it’s clear his leadership creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Amanda and the nurses are so lovely too—thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. Also, thank you to the people working behind the scenes, whom I haven’t had the chance to meet yet, but I can see that great care is put into every detail of the practice. I’m genuinely grateful to be a patient here and feel confident knowing I’m in such great hands!

I am very fortunate that I found this practice. The doctors here are very experienced and friendly. Dr Pran fixed my difficult root-canalled tooth recently which was a source of a lot of trouble. I also had several other cavities which required restoration. Everything was done efficiently and with little or no discomfort. Thanks to Amada for sorting out appointments and to Dr Ruben for setting up my initial treatment plan. I can now eat ice-creams again.

After what must have been the most traumatic weekend of my life, I showed up with at the clinic hoping for a relief, any relief. Dr Tushar took out my wisdom tooth and sent me home with a list of recommendations. The recovery was spectacularly smooth and easy. I was back at work a couple of days later. I am very grateful. Their services are not cheap. But again, what is in London?

I am a nervous patient and they always make me feel so relaxed and cared for, a sense of being in good hands.
