Really recommend Jamie as a dentist, whether it’s routine check-up or any extra work. I wouldn’t have said I had the worst teeth - but I just knew I wasn’t 100% happy with them and worked with Jamie to achieve what I wanted. I had an Invisalign for around 12 weeks, and needed a couple of extra tweaks afterwords which was an additional 5 weeks. I’m so so happy with the outcome. I also had Jamie do some composite bonding on my front 5 teeth as I wasn’t happy with the shape and I get so many compliments on my teeth now, it was definitely worth it. Jamie is so accommodating and just a really nice person to go and chat to, I couldn’t recommend him more. He’s so good at what he does, I’ve been beaming with my new smile! I was quoted £10k for my top teeth so far I have payed £5900 for Invisalign and crown preparation. Dr Ahmed filled a tooth that didn’t require touching and filled it to close to the nerve. Leaving me in severe pain and discomfort unable to eat, drink and sleep for 3 weeks. Raised this concern multiple times with multiple people to which Dr Ahmed basically came back with an excuse of ‘verbal consent’ I asked him specifically not to work on the tooth in question as this was work for a later date as planned. He proceeded to fill the tooth unnecessarily. I have been in severe pain for 4 weeks now and I am no further forward. Just £5900 lighter!!!

I've recently moved and was looking for a new dentist when a friend recommended Dr Salma Ainine at myDentist. Having changed from another private dentist, I knew I had some treatment to be completed, which I discussed with Salma during a free video consultation. From the start Salma was incredibly welcoming and engaging, listening to my past dental history, what I needed doing and future treatments I was considering. She understood everything and provided the available options, prices and next steps. Following this, I was promptly contacted to get booked in to progress my treatment with Salma within a couple of weeks - at my previous dentist I'd be waiting MONTHS for an appointment - so this was a very welcome surprise! At my appointment Salma remembered every little detail we discussed in my consultation, even down to the person who recommended her to me and the off the cuff comment that I was a nervous patient. Salma introduced the nurses supporting her for the duration of the treatment (apologies I can't recall names!) and they were both amazing - very caring and professional. One of them even held my hand whilst I was being numbed and I appreciated that so much - I had no idea how much that would help, but it really did! Salma was super efficient whilst doing the work and explained and showed me (photos taken during treatment) everything she was doing before, during and after the treatment, which also put me at ease. Salma and her team's professionalism and kindness, as well as the amazing equipment they use, meant the treatment went really well and I was actually relaxed during the process - something that has NEVER happened before. To top it off, I've had absolutely no pain, sensitivity or any other issues after the treatment, which again is something I've never experienced and would usually have pain for at least a few days afterwards - I think this also proves how incredible Salma is at what she does! I can't thank the team enough for providing a fantastic dental experience all round and making a very anxious patient, a lot more relaxed about any future appointments 😊 I highly recommend Dr Salma Ainine, as well as the lovely staff I've encountered at myDentist.
