Extremely disappointed with the service I received or rather lack of with Hannah at the Liverpool branch. My appointment was cancelled 3 hours before I was due to arrive by text. I am in business myself and would never dream of treating a customer this way, totally unprofessional.

It's a con, only after paying the required deposit they confirm within the booking confirmation you will need to book a second appointment to achieve a brighter smile?! Yes cause the first time you go and pay £50 they're actually not whitening anything, just wacking on an anti stainer and not the full shebang first time round ....not to talk about the lack of hygiene, customer care and professionalism from their MUA Lauren they use to do teeth whitening, not wearing any PPE or whatsoever, not informing you of anything she's going to do on your teeth nor making any simple chit chat and just disappearing for 45 minutes in the waiting area to watch videos on the phone, when they're meant to check in with you every 10 minutes whilst you're under the machine. Instead they make you dribble to death all over your clothes!!! Didn't even provide a tissue or nothing to keep on your chest like the dentist does not to wet your top...Complete lack of attention to detail too, didn't even get handed over a mirror to see the results at the end and now we know why!!! Teeth not whitened, SIMPLY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, there are much better professionals doing this out there.

Went with my girlfriend the other week got charged £100 for nothing to happen. I have had my teeth done before I went there we had it done for one hour and not one change in the teeth. Not one for putting reviews on here, but I have asked for my money back and they will not refund me

Best teeth whitening results I’ve ever had. I have composite veneers which stain over time and have had sessions with both Jess and Hannah and they have whitened my veneers back up to their original shade! Zero sensitivity aswell as my teeth are really sensitive. Couldn’t recommend enough!
