⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review We had a fantastic first visit at Total Orthodontics Sutton Coldfield with my 9-year-old son. From the moment we arrived, the team were warm, welcoming, and brilliant with children. The orthodontist was very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly in a way my son could understand, which really helped put him at ease. The consultation was thorough, and we left feeling confident and well informed about the next steps. The practice is clean, organised, and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Overall, an excellent experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Total Orthodontics Sutton Coldfield to any parent looking for a caring and professional orthodontic team.

Lovely people don't get me wrong clean clinic but asking a child what is it they like about braces and why do they want them was totally irrelevant im sure if you ask any teenager surely their simple sensible reply would be ill only wear them if I need to. I wear glasses because I have to wear them not through choice. Stupid question to ask a child. I was told by several professionals my child may not even need them then he does then wait a while then he doesn't. As a parent I'm not being messed around. Unnecessarily. In the end he didnt need any because his jaw had grown. I used to be a nurse in the nhs i know quite alot. . Let's provide the care where it's required.

Lovely & helpful staff. Very prompt service, whether at the desk or on the phone. They always ask how you are on reception. Clinical staff are very friendly and patient with you, they explain everything in detail for you and just make you feel comfortable. I have issues with my spine and they are always so accommodating for this and constantly check in with me on how I’m doing. Thank you so much!

I had a really positive experience at Total Orthodontics today! Even though I arrived a bit late, Michelle and Aroosa were so kind and still took the time to see me. They were both really friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit.
