I just want to say thank you to everyone at this dental practice for being so helpful this week when I had a painful infection in my tooth/gum the receptionist managed to get me an appointment that same day and the dentist herself was brilliant had to go back and was seen to straight away x The staff are so friendly x

After not visiting a dentist for five years, I was very nervous about going back. Miss Callaghan, my dentist, was extremely kind and understanding throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to reassure me, explained everything carefully, and helped me overcome my nervousness. Her gentle approach made the experience so much easier than I expected. I’m truly grateful for her professionalism and kindness, and I feel much more confident about future visits now.

Dr. Huzaifia Ali at MyDentist, Richardshaw Lane, Pudsey is absolutely phenomenal! From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease. Don't attend here !! Went private for invisalign and composite bonding. Bad experience for me, poor composite bonding, wanted me to pay £59 afterwards just to discuss my issue.rough dull composite, the middle line of my teeth are not straight and I had a sealant put on that doesnt even cover me teeth i have a ridge at the bottom. I was led to believe the composite would disguise the low enamel on my teeth. To say I have paid 3310 for both treatments it doesnt look like it. Make sure you do your research!!! Avoid!!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years, so I was quite apprehensive about seeing a dentist. My dentist was really lovely, gentle and kept me informed for every part of the process, and she made me feel a lot more relaxed about the thought of future dental procedures. I’m really glad I went with this dentist

Will not be returning and would not recommend. Charges aren't clear. Exam specified as £59 on website, but then £125 for an 'emergency appointment' but that emergency appointment is given to anyone who apparently doesn't specifically ask for an exam. Ridiculous. I have spoken to the practice separately to try and resolve the issue and get a partial refund due to this, before writing a review, but to no avail. At first it wasn't an emergency appointment (despite me being told by the receptionist that it was) it was for a 'dental issue'. Then the story changed and it was an emergency appointment, which apparently is given to anyone who 'requires an appointment other than a consultation'. I feel very let down and taken advantage of. Stay clear - at least until they either give staff more training to provide clarity or update their website pricing - the two seem at odds with each other.
