Wow what can I say nothing short of excellent this dental group from the minute you walk in nothing is too much trouble . Stefan and his assistant were amazing talked me through the proceedure step by step .I've had a stroke so I have nothing down my right side including vision so Stefan made sure I could see what he was saying by standing to my left side can't praise them enough .tooth extraction done without no pain .thank you so so much

This place is nothing short of awesome. I have general anxiety disorder so going to the dentist is one of my least favourite things to do to say the least. Ive had anxiety since mid to late 20s and i'm now 39, its managed alittle better now but my fear of dentists goes back beyond that, to childhood. I've never had a good experience at the dentist until I started going to Nunnery Lane Dental. The Reception team are great, warm welcome, and they know or seem to know that I have anxiety and do a really good job of settling me and making me feel like I might be at the dentist but its ok. My dentist Stefan and my Hygienist Purna are both amazing, they work together to keep my dental health as good as possible and they also work with me to keep me on top of everything that is going on with my teeth at any one given time. They know I don't like seeing them and they don't hold it against me, they don't shame me in anyway and they give me helpful guidance on how to improve things. At every step they both keep me fully informed as to what is happening, so my anxiety does not fill in the blanks. If I need a break I just have to raise my hand and its down tools until I can get back in the head space I need so they can do their work. They are very very patient with me. Very caring, very kind. I like going to them and everyone that works here is an absolute gem, a diamond. My anxiety hampers alot of things but since coming here it does not hamper my dental care. Thank you to Stephan, Purna, the nursing staff, the reception staff and anyone I may of missed for everything. I can't thank you all enough. If anyone has anxiety either unrelated general anxiety like myself or specific to dental anxiety due to previous experience etc then you need to go to Nunnery Ln Dental Practice, you wont regret it, your oral hygiene and dental care will be turned around and you'll feel super comfortable from the outset. Brilliant practice! Went there this afternoon in excruciating pain and left just minutes later with a smile on my face. That's never happened before. The dentist was amazing. Incredibly talented. He somehow managed to put 4 numbing jabs into my gum WITHOUT ME FEELING ANYTHING!!! That's never happened before either. His assistant too was quite a star and my thanks to both!

This was my first dental examination after a while, but it will definitely not be my last! The team made me feel welcome and the experience was quite smooth. It is obvious that this practice places a large emphasis on hygiene, as everything is immaculate and pristine. The receptionists were very nice and gave me a very positive first impression of the practice. Andrew Dickens was my dentist and he was very nice and helpful and was keen on helping me with my dental health. The nurse, Tessa, was also quite conversational and welcoming. Together, they helped shape my excellent experience at this practice.

I come here twice a year for dental and hygienist appointments, and have done since 2018. I had the new airflow treatment last week, which is expensive but it's made such a difference to my teeth. They are so much whiter. I only need to have this twice a year, so for me it's definitely money we'll spent. A big thank you to the dental hygienist team!
