I have been a patient of the practice for 7 years, and when they went private I decided to stay, I found some quotes for work to expensive, they told me they were taking on NHS dentists, I went with Lori, she ruined one of my teeth, I had a root canal and a filling and the filling wasn’t substantial enough to support my tooth, so it cracked at the gum line , I’m so devastated beyond words, I have never in my 52 years lost a tooth to bad dental care, so have left the practice I’m heartbroken, I look after my teeth so well,,,,,,,,I would avoid avoid avoid, I’ve also contacted the health board as it was NHS, treatment, and they have taken on my case, and are liasing with the ombudsman, this practice are not going to get away with ruining my tooth,

Absolutely excellent experience when I attended for a prearranged extraction of a wisdom tooth. Dr Neil ensured that I was happy at each stage of the process. Having had previous bad experiences elsewhere of tooth extraction I was nervous. I need not have been. I was in truly expert hands and did not even realise when the process was complete and the tooth removed. Dr Neil and his dental assistant are first class. Cannot praise high enough. What is more I suffered no pain or discomfort afterwards. A truly great job.🌟🌟🌟

I needed this procedure not for cosmetic reasons....I found the Dentist Phil who specialises on fitting implants to be very professional and approachable...He is a very good Dentist. Had a very good implant experience at this practice and with Dr Matthew Doswell. Required a single tooth implant due to a long term issue since childhood and the whole process was clear and largely painless. The time was also taken to make changes to the appearance of the final tooth to ensure a happy customer!
