I went for a consultation for Invisalign clear braces. I saw Hannah who immediately made me feel so welcome and at ease. The consultation was very informative and Hannah made it so clear as what I would need, how long it would take etc. She took records in such a professional manor and I am definitely going ahead with the treatment. After I had been seen she had contacted me to follow up the appointment which was very efficient and meant I could get straight on with my Invisalign journey. Would highly recommend this practice! Went in as a new patient for a check up yesterday. On arrival I was greeted by Bev on reception who was so friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. I saw Alice downstairs and her nurse Demi. They were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The check up was extremely thorough and they gave me all the info and advice I needed. Will definitely be returning for my regular dental visits.
