I recommend Dr. Artur Kyc's services. Both my children and I go there, and after today's visit, where my son had his first anesthetic, which he was afraid of, he left happy and smiling. The doctor was very kind and explained everything step by step to my son, explaining what he was doing and what he might feel afterward in a very understandable way, which put my son at ease. We are very pleased with the services and thank you. I hope all dentists treat their patients this way.

⭐ 1 STAR (Zero if I could.) Terrifying experience – stay away from this dentist, especially for children. This was by far the worst dental experience we’ve ever had. The way this dentist treated my daughter was absolutely disgraceful. Instead of being gentle and reassuring, he was cold, intimidating, and completely lacking in compassion. My daughter left the appointment in tears and was so shaken she couldn’t sleep that night — she was genuinely traumatized. To make matters worse, after the awful experience, they told us they wouldn’t book her back in for another two years. No concern for her wellbeing, no follow-up, nothing. The worst part? The dentist even threatened to report us, which felt like a way to shift blame from his own unacceptable behavior. Thankfully, we switched to Muirhead Children’s Dentist in Cumbernauld, and it was a night-and-day difference. The dentist there was absolutely amazing — calm, kind, and patient. They took the time to build trust, and now my daughter actually enjoys going to the dentist. She left smiling — something I never thought I’d see after what she went through. If you're looking for a place that actually knows how to work with kids, avoid this one and go to Muirhead instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
