This is my first time dealing with Grace dental after having my child referred here for sedation and I hope to never deal with them again. The way the staff spoke to me on the telephone today was absolutely disgusting. They also claim to have sent out a letter which was never received, but if their work is anything like their attitude im glad as I wouldnt put my child's health in the hands of people who can't even be polite.

Excellent service quick appointment for a new patient and the staff are very helpful and friendly . I had an appointment the day after enquiry . My treatment was done in less than 2 weeks with follow up in 3 months , previous dentist couldn't even begin until October . . Dr Kapoor is friendly , relaxed and informative . I can't fault this practice . 5*

Terrible service. 50 minute waits the norm - oh and dentists not working on the day you turn up for your appointment - with no call or text to advise beforehand.

Absolutely disgusting treatment. Will cancel your treatment without warning, then take you off their system for not being happy about being left high and dry with treatment. Half way through root canal and told to find another dentists as "trust" has been broken, although it was them that have left me with unfinished treatment. They have no duty of care and your teeth will end up worse than when you started with this practice. They also lied about cancelling appointments, stating that I had not turned up to appointments which was not true, they just had not read emails. Also gave me 3 different excuses as to why they cancelled my treatment. Very underhand dentists. Avoid at all costs! I am seeking legal advise and compensation for the unprofessional way i was treated. Practice Manager also very unprofessional and patronizing. Accused me of being aggressive for simply not being convinced by what they are saying. Money orientated and not a care for their clients!! This was their response proving my point, they have no duty of care, do not care about patients only money and also happy to breech patient confidentiality! I wasn’t even with them for a full 3 years and changed their name 3 times. All of it could have been avoided with a bit of communication from them giving me some notice of their “policies” that only seemed to be important when it suited them! Avoid, avoid, avoid! "Grace Dental Care (owner) 5 days ago We’re sorry you feel this way. As an NHS provider, we must follow regulations, which state that a course of treatment cannot remain open for more than three months. Unfortunately, your treatment exceeded this timeframe. Over the past three years, you cancelled 12 appointments and had 5 short-notice cancellations or FTAs, making it difficult to complete your treatment. Despite this, we waived your outstanding NHS Band 3 charge as a goodwill gesture. We take patient care seriously and do not engage in underhand practices. Given the breakdown of trust, we felt it was best for you to seek treatment elsewhere. We wish you the best with your future dental care." The above response highlights my exact concerns. Very unprofessional and happy to share personal patient information on a public platform. This company needs investigating. Additionally, i have never just not turned up for an appointment, so they also exaggerate the truth to suit their narrative. You have been warned, this could happen to you out of the blue and with no prior explanation, which is all it would have taken and would have been the professional way to deal with the situation.
