All staff at the practice are exceptional however I want to give a special shout out to my dentist Lina. Her patient care is exceptional. She's kind, patient, takes time to explain everything and works in a caring way that would even put the most nervous person at ease. My teeth have been healthier than they have been in years 😁 I can highly recommend Glen Dental! October 2025 - I wrote this review 5 years ago and wanted to mention that the patient centred approach at Great Glen has continued to improve year on year. My husband and 3 children have had similar very positive experiences with Lina and her team 👍 I continue to highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I CAN NOT rate Lina enough! Lina is very gentle, calm and her kindness makes such a difference to going to the dentist. She is extremely experienced, thorough and precise and gives you the time you need. She has restored my faith in visiting the dentist after experiencing a completely opposite approach from another practice in Market Harborough I feel a previous dentist I visited aimed to make money out of me for not a justified reason, but Lina clearly has absolute compassion and honestly for her work and her patients Really nice happy calm vibes at Great Glen Dental from the jolly receptionist to the lovely dental nurse A really lovely happy team of people

I recently visited Glen Dental after experiencing tooth pain and was impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment— The next day after calling. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The clinic itself was spotless and well-organised, creating a calm and professional atmosphere. The dentist (Dr Ricky) and dental nurse were approachable and put me at ease throughout the visit. The equipment appeared modern and well-maintained, which added to my confidence in their care. The treatment was thorough yet pain-free, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend Glen Dental to family and friends for their efficient, professional, and patient-centered approach.

I'm extremely nervous of the dentist after a previous traumatic experience. So when I went in to see Ricky and his team for the first time I was very anxious. I had a fair bit of treatment done and the entire time I was constantly reasurred what's happening at each step. Checked on continuously and given periodic breaks to make sure I was doing OK. What is quite a big deal for me was made as easy as possible. Very attentive and professional. Couldn't recommend more highly 👌

After lockdown put a stop to regular dentist visits and a house move meant a change of dentist, I was a bit apprehensive about going back to the dentist. I should not have worried! Ricky and the team at Glen Dental are fantastic! From lovely practice manager Jo (honestly- her customer service is exceptional!) to the first class treatment from Dr Ricky- I couldn't be happier to have found such a brilliant dental team!
