I booked a private dental check-up at MyDentist Denton and paid £75 upfront. I even received an SMS the next day and 1 day before my appointment, so everything seemed fine. However, when I arrived at the practice on the day of the appointment, the receptionist told me it had been rescheduled. I received no call, no SMS, no email informing me of this change. The only notification I got was when I was already standing at the reception. The receptionist offered to reschedule to another day that fit my schedule, but no apologies and no empathy was noted. I completely understand that dentists can call in sick or emergencies can happen, but it takes seconds to send an SMS. For a private patient who has paid in advance, this lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable. Overall, I left feeling that they simply don’t care about patients, and the experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

Monika was fantastic, went in for a consultation and she put together a plan for me for composite bonding for my diastema. Managed to close my gap keeping it natural. All was done within a month to a very high standard. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you

My wife and I visited Denton Mydentist yesterday. Mr Ramah the dental hygienist and her assistant Hafsa provided treatment for teeth descaling and polishing. They are friendly and politely. My wife is a bit sensitive and requested stops during treatment. We were treated well. Ramah ensured we were satisfied with their services. We are happy with their services. Reception is helpful and friendly too.

A very beautiful place staff were very kind and had patience ,special shout out to Ariel H and her assistant they were fantastic I love it there but I took one star off as they were 6-7 minutes late but I will definitely recommend going there
