I attended for an invisalign consultation and found the experience to be quite good initially but that soon changed. The receptionist on that day was very welcoming and pleasant (Miriam) and the Orthodontist seemed very knowledgeable and was polite enough. So I thought about beginning my treatment here. They told me if I have any questions before starting the treatment (which costs around £5k) to message them, and so i did. Quickly it became apparent they had no interest in answering my questions and they told me essentially that they are too busy to answer me. I was particularly interested in discussing the expected end result - something I think most patients would like to know before beginning an expensive and long treatment. Whilst I understand they can't guarantee anything or give exact details, some informed suggestion of the outcome was all that was needed.Instead, they told me they don't have time and that I can perhaps pay more money to find out and have another face-to-face appointment. I am unsure if this is the Orthodontist's position or just the reception team, but I found Asha to be quite rude and unnecessarily dismissive of me as a customer. Her tone was far different from that of Miriam, who had been very pleasant earlier in the process. For the sake of some customer service skills, they lost a reasonable amount of business - which is a pity because I do think the Orthodontist is skilled in her field. EDIT: addressing their response, I believe they offered me an appointment that cost £350 but this was specific to Invisalign and should it turn out that treatment couldn't offer the outcomes i want, the cost was non transferable to another treatment option. I wasn't looking for guarantees or huge detail, just some time and care to explain what outcome i could expect from my time and money investment. I would suggest they start prioritising customer service and i would caution anyone who wants a certain level of care, politeness and understanding from choosing this clinic.

I used to bring my daughter here and she would dread every appointment and leave almost in tears. Whilst they might have good results for some , the manner of some of the team needs to be reviewed as they were often abrupt , unclear and poor communicators when it comes to children. I felt very uncomfortable myself. Practicing staff need to work on their interaction with children, many of who don’t like dental work or are very sensitive regarding their looks. I hope they can take this feedback onboard because it essentially lost them money. RE: reply to below - HIGHLY concerning as I had a written quote for comprehensive Invisalign from Eman El-Bahnassawy so let’s not try to deflect a negative review to another business.
