What a great journey at the flourishing Implant Inculcate 2022 with Dr Paul Shenfine and his fantastic team. It was great to receive an email from a friend/the owner of the practice I am still working for to attend that prestigious course in 2022 over 6 months ‘the implant Inculcate’. It was fantastic to meet other talented dentists and colleagues throughout this very well organised course that sailed in every single corner of implant dentistry; from A to Z. Paul Shenfine and invited speakers provided kindly the most up-to-date detailed information in the world of implant dentistry. Dr Paul Shenfine is one of the best if not the best of those dedicated dental professionals I met throughout my dental career. Paul and his team including Nigel, Cherelle, Mel and others are/were always kind & very cooperative throughout their outstanding mentoring and follow up contributions for our team & patients ‘who deserve no less’. All my managers/nurses and patients believe that Paul and his team are ‘nice, proactive, very well knowledgeable & so kind’. I am very sure as my colleagues who attended the Implant Inculcate 2022, that they are lots to come & to gain from Paul and his team for soon future; I believe. My colleague and I were in the first cohort trained Paul and completed a number of cases under Paul's mentorship. The course was an excellent introduction and felt very accessible due to the small group sizes and down to earth approachable teachers. The surgical techniques are pitched at a high level and all mentored cases have an emphasis on soft tissue work where appropriate. I know that I would not be comfortable performing these procedures had it not been for Paul's encouragement and high standards. I do believe that learning this and implementing it from the very start is a huge advantage and one of the more unique parts of Paul's training. As an associate it can be hard to apply teachings in your existing practice, however, the help from Cherelle and Paul during the mentored cases made this as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any colleague who wants to start their implant journey or to treat more advanced cases within their practice.

Paul Shenfine and his fantastic team have been mentoring at our practice in West Yorkshire for nearly 3 years. Paul is without doubt an expert in all aspects of Implant Dentistry but his ability to teach, coach and mentor (often ‘hands off’ and chair side) is remarkable. Paul offers constructive on the go feedback as well as detailed post surgery analysis which is invaluable. Paul also makes himself available to discuss treatment options / case planning post CT scan / pre surgery which aids meticulous case planning.
