Highly professional practice with two very friendly and attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them both who have the knack at putting you at ease straight away. All work I and my wife have had done has been to the highest standard. Cannot recommend enough.

On Sat 21st December 2024 I had a crown fall out. Hoping (but not expecting)Pritesh and Laju might be open on the following Monday I sent an e mail describing my problem. Amazingly about 2 hours later I received a reply from Laju asking me if I could attend the surgery on that Saturday afternoon! Even though they were closed and going on holiday the next day they opened the surgery especially for me and sorted out the problem I had with the crown. So even after being a satisfied customer for about 30 years, I was still overwhelmed by the care and consideration showed to me by Pritesh and Laju.

We've been with Narborough Dentist for many years. Pritesh and Laju have invested heavily in this place to ensure the place is well maintained and the equipment is modern and that the customer feels comfortable both when in the waiting area and when being seen. They provide both standard NHS banded treatments and also the latest AirNGo. Highly recommended.

Been going to Narborough Dental Practice for Many years the service is second to none. always going the extra mile to give such professional care , I always had a fear of dentists for a long time that's long gone because of the kindness that's is shown to me on my visits , always making me feel welcome. lovely people who put there patients first. highly recommended

Having been with this dentist for many years and despite moving to Yorkshire I still continue to use them as I am very happy with the service I receive. I have just has their new AirNGo treatment which was painless and helps to keep my teeth in good condition. Would definitely have this treatment again.

After being at this dentist for many years and happy withy treatments received I'm appalled at how I've recently been treated personally by Mr and Mrs Patel, my check up were constantly put on hold after covid with a promise of being contacted as soon as the practice recovered from lockdown, not having any dental issues this wasn't a problem and seeing the dentist couldn't have been further from mind, however to find out I was no longer registered with them as an NHS patient was troubling , and to be told by email YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SINCE 2019, was insulting, after many emails trying to find out why, it appears they didn't honour their word and contact already registered patients and just worked on a first come first served basis, I've challenged this as the dental code of practice wasn't followed, which is there to protect both the dentist and myself, no letter, email or phone call was received by myself, I wouldn't have known at all had I not rang for an appointment , of course I was offered a private appointment via email which sort of rubs salt in the wound, Mr and Mrs Patel have not once taken any responsibility and continue to blame the government for restrictions after covid,

I had a very visible front filling replaced. This was done so very well cosmetically. It is also the care through the process which makes this a good experience. As a bit of a 'dentalphobe' I am treated so very kindly and know I am in good hands.

I’ve only had a couple of appointments and both times I’ve been given a great service. Pritesh and Laju are both extremely friendly, transparent and honest. Today I had a tooth clean and extraction and although I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever, I was checked up on to make sure I was comfortable, given time to readjust and I just felt cared for the whole time. The ‘aftercare’ advice and medication matches the service as well, knowing I am a vaper/smoker, Pritesh made sure I was aware of what I can and can’t do to ensure I don’t cause any issues with my extraction. I was nervous about dentists as I hadn’t been to one in 16 years, I feel much better now after the care given here!
