UPDATE: I'm unfortunately still awaiting a complaints response for over 2 months, the last filling they did has also fallen out causing tremendous pain, a waste of money. I held this dentist in such a high regard but after going yesterday I'm never going back. I was laughed at, charges weren't made clear and left with a fat lip and honestly feel like they didn't want to be there and wanted me out ASAP. I finally thought I'd found a safe dentist as theyre aware Im terrified. Ive left knowing patient care means nothing, feeling ashamed, missled and disappointed in myself for thinking they were good at their jobs. Its sad. There's no online complaints procedure so it seems raising this isn't possible. Unfortunately going straight to the DCS looks like the only option

I’ve wanted to straighten my teeth for years but was always reluctant to start because I never felt confident I was getting the right advice or that the prices were fair. My experience with Dr Jai has been really reassuring. He’s been open and honest about my treatment options and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. The whole team at Smmmile have been so welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been on the fence about starting their Invisalign journey.

I came to Smmmile and got my teeth straighten by aligners and I had a tooth that was at the back and wasn't happy with it, I was really worried about my teeth but I have completed my journey and all I can say i LOVE my teeth! My back tooth has come forward and are straight with my teeth and they are really white and just how i wanted them to be +Customer service is amazing ● Whatever you have in mind, say it ● If you need any changes, say it ●Just be open and trust me you will be amazed by the customer service THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MY DENTIST, THE LOVELY RRCEPTIONIST TEAM. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I came to Smmmile wanting to start my journey of perfecting my smile with whitening and Invisalign. I met with Jai and Lauren who had concerns for my front tooth which had taken trauma 10 years ago. For years, no other dentist had picked up on it but they did! I was referred to have my root canal done and I am now back starting the first step in perfecting my smile. The team are nothing but amazing, they are reassuring, so friendly and have made this such a positive experience. From someone who stated out hating the dentist to now enjoying going in to see the team - I can’t thank them enough! I can’t wait to continue with my journey with Smmmile!! 🦷🩷

Really welcoming and helpful staff. I had looked around various places for Invisalign, all charging double what Smmmile charges, with less included, and am really happy I stumbled across them. I have just finished my treatment with everything going as planned. Great experience and would recommend!
