Awful service from the receptionist, I called up to explain I need a new retainer as mine had broken, however she didn’t even let me finish explaining and cut me straight off to ask if I was a patient and then told me they won’t do me one if I’ve not had treatment however on their website it states you can purchase them so I don’t see why not? She was so so rude and ended the call on me, won’t be using these services or recommending it to anyone locally

I paid £95 for a consultation appointment but needed to reschedule. Despite calling over 20 times between 11:56 AM and 2:26 PM, I was only able to reach someone after several hours. I’m disappointed with the level of customer service, but I proceeded to reschedule to avoid forfeiting the upfront payment.
