No idea what has happened here and who I have been seen by going through reviews. This dentist has completely ruined my teeth after one visit here. Going through some reviews for here and now makes sense, not sure who is the dentist?

We had an excellent experience with Dental Therapist Asha Pushpam and Zufair. They were very gentle, patient, and caring throughout my daughter’s treatment. From the very first visit, they made her feel comfortable and completely at ease, explaining each step with great care. Their professionalism and calm approach helped build her confidence and made the entire process stress-free. The results of the treatment were excellent, and we are very happy with the care she received. Highly recommend Asha Pushpam and Zufair to anyone looking for skilled and compassionate dental professionals.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Asha Pushpam and Nurse Zufair. Dr. Asha is an exceptional therapist—patient, deeply understanding, and incredibly skilled at creating a safe space where healing truly begins. Dental practice with no dentist working there. They are labeled as Bhandal DENTAL practice, their website says meet the team and mentions a dentist. However there is NO dentist at this practice. This place is a complete disgrace. I was never informed that the person treating me wasn’t even a dentist, but just a therapist pretending to do the job. That alone is unacceptable. The work was awful, rushed, careless, and clearly done without proper skill or attention. They only care about ticking boxes for their NHS UDAs. Three fillings that are just blobs put onto teeth that look awful. In fact, they aren't even fillings as therapists are unable to prescribe anaesthetic. No proper examination, no explanation, no effort to provide genuine care, just a conveyor belt approach to meet their quota. It’s shocking that this place is allowed to operate at all. The standard of care is pathetic, and the lack of transparency is outrageous. If you value your teeth, your money, or your time, stay well away from Bhandal Dental Practice.
