Yesterday (26th November 2025) I had my routine hygienist appointment followed my routine dental check-up. Hygienist, Jocelyn Eagland, made a thorough job, as always, Louise Farrington, Practice Manager, who is an experience dental nurse too, having many years with the practice. I left the room with sparkly teeth in readiness for my dental check-up. Dentist, Ajay Soni, was superb in a thorough inspection, not only at my teeth and gums, but making sure tissues in my neck and face for anything untoward. Apologies that I neglected the name of the wonderful dental nurse that was assisting to update my records [Sorry!]. I also have a new x-ray photos of both side of my mouth for Ajay to be able to enhance his explanation using the photos. I always know that nothing will not be missed! From walking into the reception, dental nurses, hygienist and dentist I know that everyone in the Burslem surgery are professional and helpful. As I said previously, if you are not using Synergy Dental, you should be! Thank you all at Synergy Dental, Burslem! 👍

My appointment with Amelia was as pleasant as a dental appointment can be. Amelia and Bryony (the nurse) really put me at ease and talked me through all the stages of my treatment. Was pain free as always. Thank you so much for your care and warm conversation. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

The team at synergy dental are exceptional, when I first came here I hadn’t been to a dentist for almost a year after having a bad past experience with a different dentist and it had really created a lot of fear for me around dentists, but the team at synergy really listened and understood my fear and took care of me, even as an adult I started by taking my mum with me and now I’ve been going to synergy dental for over a year and my last few appointments I’ve been to alone, the team there make you so comfortable, if you have an issue you don’t feel judged everything is explained well and they give great advice and tips things that I’d never known! Ajay is so reassuring, the whole team are just wonderful. Would definitely recommend synergy dental.
