I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience at Thomas Dental Clinic, I feel obligated to warn others. Especially anyone considering braces or cosmetic work like composite bonding. I came to this clinic with a simple goal: close the small gap in my teeth and improve my smile. I paid around £4,000 for braces, trusting that the clinic had fully removed the composite bonding on my teeth before starting the orthodontic process. That’s what I was told – that the composite had been removed. So I assumed I was starting fresh. But that wasn’t true. Fast forward to the end of my orthodontic treatment. I went to a new, more competent dentist, and to my shock, they showed me that composite was still on my teeth. You can literally see it. Which means: • The gap I thought I was closing wasn’t actually a true gap – the composite was simply covering it. • The braces I paid thousands for were based on false assumptions. • I essentially wasted thousands of pounds correcting a problem that was never properly identified or addressed in the first place. That alone is unacceptable. But it gets worse. They also fitted permanent retainers that have fallen out at least four times. I had to keep going back to get them re-attached. It became a cycle of frustration – and frankly, I started to question whether they were using poor-quality materials or simply rushing the job to get me in and out. From my experience, this clinic feels like a money grab. A place more focused on upselling procedures than ensuring those procedures are done correctly. There is clearly a lack of proper checks, accountability, and long-term patient care. I trusted them with my smile and my money, and I feel completely let down on both fronts. In hindsight, I regret not getting a second opinion earlier. If you’re considering this clinic, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere – especially if you’re investing serious money into your teeth. Dentistry is not just about aesthetics. It’s about precision, trust, and long-term results.

Absolutely Wonderful from Start to Finish! Where do I begin? My experience at Tomas Dental Clinic in Manchester was nothing short of amazing. I drove over 40 miles to get there, but due to the usual Manchester traffic, I ended up being late. Thankfully, Chloe at reception was incredibly accommodating—she managed to rebook my appointment for later the same day, saving me an extra trip. That alone was such a relief! The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and modern, creating a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. I went in for a scale and polish with airflow cleaning, and Miss Gent, who carried out the treatment, was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, professional, and most importantly, took her time—something that’s unfortunately rare with many dentists these days. Another thing is my teeth are absolutely sparkling which is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Tomas Dental Clinic to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.
