I've been visiting the surgery for many years now and after being advised to brush my teeth, at least twice a day, and using interdentals, especially at night, I've seen a great difference in my dental hygiene. Using the Corsodyl tooth paste with an electric toothbrush feels like your visiting the dentist everyday. My gum decease has vastly improved over time and teeth feel a lot healthier and stronger. I hardly felt any pain on this visit as have had to have injections before, not this time round....😁

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. There’s been a few changes over the years. It’s a really nice place now with really friendly staff. It’s modernised and up to date, super clean and Kulraj is an awesome dentist! He’s really friendly, knowledgeable and you feel trusted in his care.

It happened twice that I came here for nothing. First time after waiting for like 20 min, they proceed to tell me the dentist called in sick and wasnt coming anymore. Second time I came for my appointment they told me it wasnt on that day when I actually called a few days before to double check the date and time and they confirmed it. The staff are friendly but their service is horrible.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS DENTIST! Possibility one of the worst dentists around, they’re only interested in your money. I visited today, my teeth weren’t checked properly I was sat for approximately 4 minutes and not even given a clean/polish. They proceeded to say I should come back and offered me a £500 treatment for next time. This practice is living of the reputation of the previous owners (Duvnjak brothers).

Please PLEASE AVOID THIS COWBOY DENTIST, literally had me in for 5 minutes. Didn't do any type of check up or cleaning. Didn't give advice. Said it was my wisdom tooth. Turned out to be my gums from another dentist. Please avoid all they care about is money!

I booked an appointment to see my dentist at Midland Smile because I had tooth ache. I was given antibiotics for my tooth ache and while I was there I booked to have a scale and polish 2 weeks after that appointment. When my antibiotics finished 5 days later I called the Midlands Smile and ask for another 5 day antibiotics as my teeth were still painful They offered me an appointment a week later, I could not attend that appointment due to work commitments, I was told there is no other appointment available. Then they told me I would have to wait until I attended my second appointment in 2 weeks time, for my scale polish to see my dentist again. I asked them if they expected me to wait 2 weeks with tooth ache, they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. I spoke to My dentist about it when I attended my appointment 2 weeks after for my scale and polish. I discussed the situation , I told her I was very disappointed with how I was treated and the service Midlands smile was giving was poor and insufficient. The thing is I was not offered another appointment at all, not even to see another dentist, or a cancellation .... I would not recommend Midlands Smile

The doctors seem professional however they kept cancelling my appointments on the day of the appointment sending me a message saying that the doctor called in sick they did that multiple times with different doctors.... I even called on Friday to ensure that my appointment is still good and was told that it was OK, only for the Monday morning to have them send me a message telling me that the doctor for the appointment called in sick and I had to book annual leave from work for this appointment as it was at 8:30, when I contacted them and asked them about it they seemed hesitant witch is fine, but I keep asking for my x-rays to be send to my email address or shared with me somehow so that I can go to another clinic and they keep stalling, telling me that the same doctor that called in sick will be back at 2pm hopefully... In the end I paid for a consultation and for x-rays that has no use it seems. To be honest it's been 2 months of appointments and didn't had any work done so if you like spending time at a dentist to no avail, I believe you're welcomed... And if the clinic answers to this review I'm more than happy to update this review with more accurate information.
